This morning I made whole wheat pumpkin waffles for breakfast from scratch. Because it takes forever to cook a whole batch of waffles, I ate the first one as the 2nd one was cooking. Turns out that one waffle was all I needed & I was full. I cooked the rest and put them in freezer bags. On days that I don’t have anything else ready for breakfast, I can grab a frozen waffle and heat it up.
